SBB Management Company, the management company for Two Sunset Pointe HOA, is excited to be launching upgraded web portals. Through your portal you can see your assessment, make payment, apply for architectural modifications, communicate with your community manager, and much more!
You can log in to https://owner.sbbmanagement.com
Once logged into your account, you can reset your password on the "My Contact Info" page. You can also customize what information to share in the community directory.

Online Payments: To make an online payment, you will now do this directly via this new portal by clicking on the "Make a Payment" button. This will take you to Zego's website (our third party payment processor - formerly named PayLease). You will no longer have a separate Zego account to login to.
If you experience any issues with making payments in the owner portal, you can pay with Mutual of Omaha Bank online at https://propertypay.cit.com/.
Account Number: As part of this upgrade, you now have a new account number. This account number is shown on the "Billing" page of your portal. Please use this new account number for all future payments.
Emails were sent on the evening of October 1, 2020 with owners’ new login information. If you did not receive the email, please contact the office at 469 362-0580 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we have your correct contact information.
