I am currently a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Frisco Stars. I have extensive experience with negotiating contracts and working with various building contractors. I spent the previous 35 years in machinery and building repair and maintenance management with the Kmart Corporation, Russell Stover Candies and Leggett & Platt. My wife and I have 5 grown children, 13 grandchildren and our first great grandchild is due any day now. I am a member and volunteer at the Hope Fellowship Church Frisco West campus, I enjoy working on and driving my 2 classic Corvettes and we enjoy traveling to North Padre Island when we can to enjoy the beach. I am interested in becoming more involved with the community and assist in continuing to make our Sunset Pointe a great place to live.

I have served most recently as the President of Two Sunset Pointe Board of Directors. Prior to the Declarant releasing the community I served for three years as a Homeowner Board Member at Large.
I have worked hard to continue to improve our community. In the term that I am finishing, I (we) have been able to reduce costs, hold vendors accountable and replaced troubled vendors that are not providing the service that they are contracted to provide. In addition we have worked to complete capital projects that were past due.
Moving forward, I want to continue to invest and improve our community common areas and amenities.
Qualifications:
My background is in developing commercial and retail properties,   managing annual budgets from $50M to over $1B. I have extensive experience in qualifying, bidding, contracting with vendors much like we use to maintain our community. I also serve on the Board for LOCALE, which is an organization of Home Owner Associations in Little Elm. I also serve on two Industry boards: The Retail Contractors Association an The International Council of Shopping Center’s CenterBuild Planning Committee.
I would enjoy serving the community again.

I’ve been resident of this community for the past six years along with my wife, a junior grade daughter and an eighth grade son.
I work as an IT professional in a global company and also a licensed Texas Realtor.
An avid walker and I love to spend time with my friends and families. I always strongly believe in giving back to the community and had held several positions in some non-profit organizations. That includes serving as the President of a language school in Frisco with around 300 kids in strength.
Also served as a member of the Building and Grounds committee of our HOA. With all these experiences, I trust I can bring in some value to the HOA and make every sense of the money we pay.

I’d like to express my desire to run for renewal of the Two Sunset Pointe board of directors.
After being appointed to the board in early 2019, I have been part of a wonderful team of other board members and have effectively worked with our property manager, SBB Management. 2019 was a year of change in our community where we saw a number of projects planned and executed to the benefit of our community.
Prior to being on the board, I served as a member of the Sunset Pointed Building and Grounds Committee. I felt my knowledge and experience of the construction industry would be a benefit to the community. My career as a Professional Marketer working for a large international manufacturer give me the skills and experience that are necessary to be an effective contributor.
In addition to volunteering with the HOA, I am also very active with the local Scouts BSA Troop and participate in regular meetings, fundraisers, community service (clean ups, food bank) and outings with the Scouts.
I feel that this strong experience and proven commitment to the community would continue to make me a great Board member.
