The HOA Office Will Be Closed
Thursday November 28 and Friday November 29.

The HOA office has a new mail slot on the front door!
Please drop off your checks or money orders in the new secure mail slot.
The old mail box that has been used in the past will be removed next week.

Repairs and replacement to the wooden fences along Woodlake will begin mid December! The project is expected to take six weeks to complete.
We will contact affected homeowners prior to work commencing
and as crews proceed.

308 Construction is adding electricity to monuments at
Woodlake & Sunflower, Woodlake & FM423, Sunlight & FM423, Sunflower & FM423, and Walker & Sequoia.
This will allow us to add holiday and landscape lights to these areas.
