located at 2300 Dawn Mist Drive.

Reminder: The HOA does not mail quarterly statements.
The HOA office has a new mail slot on the front door!
Please drop off your checks or money orders in the new secure mail slot.
The old mail box that has been used in the past will be removed within the next 30 days.
IMPROVING YOUR COMMUNITY

Repairs to the  brick screening hang walls along FM 423 are scheduled to begin in early November. 
We will be reaching out to homeowners to coordinate the repairs.

The Town of Little Elm Can Help!

Mailbox Leveling Partnership Program

The program is a shared cost partnership between Little Elm residents and the Town of Little Elm formed by the use of an official request by the resident. Once approved by the Town, work is completed by a local contractor and the paid in full receipt for services is provided to the Town of Little Elm for inspection. The Town will share the cost of work to level the residents mailbox at a rate of 50% expense to a maximum of $400 per single mailbox and $500 per double mailbox. The program is for mailboxes that are a minimum of 5% off level.
